Beauty Buthelezi is a portrait and travel photographer based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Originally from Empangeni, KwaZulu-Natal, her creative path began in fashion design, where I learned to work with form, detail and emotion. But it was behind the lens that she discovered her truest medium. What started as a personal exploration while working in the corporate retail world soon became a calling. After leaving her retail buying job to travel through Southeast Asia, photography became more than a passion, it became a purpose.

Her work is deeply human. She photographs not just what she sees but what she feels, moments of connection, dignity, joy, sadness and stillness that speak across language and culture.
